this festival will coincide with the Spring Sardar Fair, the Fair of En'Var... and we will start it on Wednesday night the w0th? in lieu of slave class and go through the 24th ending at Forum...

Perhaps it should only be added that the Gorean master, though often strict, is seldom cruel. The girl knows, if she pleases him, her lot will be an easy one. She will almost never encounter sadism or wanton cruelty, for the psychological environment that tends to breed these diseases is largely absent from Gor.

Right now it seems to me a word to the wise, as in the last couple of weeks, in the large City near me, they have had four or five shootings resulting in several deaths, a hit and run killing, two children hit by cars, an Amish buggy rear-ended with one child killed and 3 people injured. And I am well aware, Thadron, that people are more often killed by people known to them than by strangers. However, that also points up the fact that we do not know others as well as we think we do, so in a way they are still strangers to us, and can be enemies without our knowing it.
