This page is a information notice board for all Channel Belait users. In this page, we will only publish related issue concerning Channel Belait's and its users. Here we will also advertise Channel Belait newest operators, promotions, suggestions, responds and complaints only concerning Channel Belait members. We will only publish particular issues that does not irate the users in any way. For any complaints or suggestions towards any Channel Belait users, we will only discuss the matter personally through e-mail or private chat. Here in Channel Belait, we do not establish ourselves by rules unlike other channels. We want everyone to enjoy 'chatting' in their own common ground where all users are equal and be able to talk about almost any topics that they want. The only thing, we won't accept in this channel are insults from one user to another that is being said in the main channel. Any Channel Belait operators may take any action applicable to the situation and condition of the main channel.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
To all Channel Belait's operators that hold the access of 450 and below are forbidden to addusers, remusers, or modify accesses. For those who do not abide by the rules, an action will be placed unto you by removing your access as the Channels' op.
For those operators who hold the access level of 450 and above, wish to add users are required to inform Channel Belait's administration op by sending an email at lease one week before the new access is added on the database. This is to inform all ops of the new users access.
To all Channel Belait's Ops, please do not use your power as an op to abuse the channel's rights and rules.
To all new Ops of Channel Belait, we would like to remind you to use your access in this channel wisely. Your co-operations are greatly needed in maintaining and guarding Channel Belait and its users.
Please also be informed that you are still under probation and supervision until your access level has reached to level 300.
