" Oh my gosh, are you alright?" Nick asked concerned. But I just kept laughing and I pointed to my seat belt, it was buckled.
" You were lying?"
" Did I scare you?"
" Hell yeah!"
" Good!" I got out and walked outside.
" Can you believe she did that to me? I thought I was going to have a heart attack!"
" Serves you right Nick." Trish said patting him on the back. " She doesn't get mad, she gets even." Everyone laughed except for Nick. He crossed his arms and pouted.
" Aww Nick, it was just a joke, you know how those go."
" Yeah but you know what?"
" Hmm?"
" This means war!" He smiled and walked away. It was about 3 and we had decided to split up, Nick and I, Brian and Leigh and Trish and A.J. I didn't really want to be with Nick, well OK yeah actually I did. But I was a little nervous in what he had planned for me. We were going to meet eachother back at the Castle by 6 so we could watch the parade. If anything happened, all the guys had their phones.
" I get to pick the ride next!"
" Fine Nick."
" Um...how about...King Kong!"
" Okey dokey." We walked over their and waited in line. I was twirling a flower around in my hand when I felt a pair of eyes on me.
" Do I have something on my face Nick?"
" No, I still can't believe you did that to me." I laughed a little. "But I must admit, it was a good one. I'm proud." He put on a goofy grin.
" Excuse me, are you Nick Carter?" Nick and I looked down to a little girl about 12. Nick knelt down to her height.
" Yeah I am, but shh, don't let anyone else know I'm here."
" Oh I wont! But could I ask you something?"
" Sure." He smiled.
" Could I have your autograph and take your picture please?"
" I don't see why not hun." He signed her book which she had Disney Characters autographs in them. " Hey Anastasia, could you take our pic?"
" Sure." I took the camera and took it.
" Thank you so much!" She had a big grin on her face. " Have fun Nick! Bye"
" You too." She walked away and I looked at Nick. " That was really sweet of you."
" Gotta love the fans. Especially polite ones like her."
" You're really good with kids."
" Well, living with 4 for the past 18 years, it grows on you." I agreed and we got inside. We sat down in the cart thing.
" Ya know, we're hanging by a cable which could break at any time!"
" Nick, you're not going to scare me."
" Oh ok..." The ride started going and it was awesome. All of a sudden the bucket started to shake. I thought it was part of the ride but the one in front of us wasn't shaking like ours.
" Nick stop."
" Stop what? I thought that was you."
" No it wasn't." I looked over the edge to see if anything was wrong. Nick took my hips and pretended to push me over.
" Ahhh!" I screamed and sat back falling into Nick's arms. I was so shooken up my buddy began to tremble.
" I'm sorry." Nick held me closer to him and I looked up into his eyes.
I was going to yell at him but for some reason I couldn't pull away from his stare. The next thing I know our faces get closer and closer together. Our lips meet and we start kissing. We probably would've kept going if the dumb monkey didn't jump in front of us.
Nick and I stared into each other eyes again. The ride stopped and I quickly got out. At first Nick was dazed.
" Excuse me sir, you need to get out."
" Sorry." Nick got out and jogged outside to get me. "Anastasia."
" Look Nick, that, well what happened, I-that it shouldn't have."
" It shouldn't have?" Nick said with a hurt on his face. ' I'm so happy it did, why can't I just tell him that? Wait is that a hurt expression on his face?'
" Look lets go on some more rides alright?" Nick nodded his head and we went on the E.T. one next. We went on a whole bunch of rides and around 5:30 PM we decided to take the bus back to the Magic Kingdom. The others were already there by the time we arrived.
" Hey ya'll did you have fun?" Brian asked.
" Yep, let me tell you, that Peter Pan ride must be my favorite." A.J and Trish laughed.
" Yeah well I couldn't pull Brian away from the Jaws. It was the same thing over and over, not to mention it kept breaking down. They need to get rid of that."
" Yeah yeah, so Nick did you have a favorite ride?" I felt my stomach do a flip and looked at Nick.
" Favorite ride...hmmm, I guess it would have to be, King Kong." He said the last part kinda quietly. I thought I'd be mad because he said the one which we kissed on. But then again I was really happy. " OK then, we still have about 45 minutes till the parade starts so lets go on a ride."
" Alien Encounter!" Nick yelled.
" You and your aliens." A.J. said.
" Who knows Bones, maybe his real family is in there."
" You're soooo funny Brian." Nick said glaring at him.
" I know I am." Brian smiled and we went on he ride. The wait itself was 30 minutes so as soon as it was done we head to the parade. Which was on the other side of the park. I had been lagging behind a little...actually a lot from the other's and Nick noticed. He came up to me.
" Come on slow poke."
" My legs are tired."
" You big baby."
" Nick I'm serious, they're really tired."
" Here get on my back."
" No its ok."
" Nope you're gonna make us late, besides you shouldn't over do it." I didn't argue, cause I thought I was just going to collapse. I climbed on his back, and ran to the others.
" I want a ride!" Trish said once she saw me.
" Thanks Anastasia." A.J. said because Trish was on his back now.
" You want one Leigh?"
" Yeah!"
" Nick, if I'm too heavy you can put me down."
" Are you kidding me? You weigh like 5lbs."
" Yeah right. But if you say so." We got there and sat down on the side.
