Ataris
Real name: Ataris Prescott)
Ataris was just another man before he and his sister went on a missionary trip to the nether-regions of Africa. There he found out that the birthmark on his shoulder was a sacred sybol of the tribe they were visiting. He then gained the powers of the mask of Rarachen, the lightning god. When he came out of Rarachen's temple, a poacher had taken his sister hostage so he could get back to his helicopter. Filled with rage, Ataris went nuclear frying his human body in an electrical fury. His skin turned pitch black, and his eyes and fingers bright white. He returned to America in search of his sister.
Amanda Waller called him up saying that she could help him find her if he would help her out first. He agreed.

Baseball BatMan
(Real Name: Bryce Wayne)
He plays for the Gotham Knights major league baseball franchise and is frequently mistaken for millionare Bruce Wayne.  He finally entered major league baseball at the age of 18, and in his very first season broke every record ever established by at least
double, nay triple the mark. And then the day came that changed his life. The Great Council of Cosmicly Bored Entities, having just finished watch the Harlem Globe Trotters defeat the assembled Great Leaders of History in a game of basketball, moved down their list of great and cosmic games to entertain themselves. Earth Baseball was next on their list (they were going in reverse alphabetical order...)....so they summoned all the greatest Earth baseball players who had ever been, or ever would be from all the major time lines throughout existance, to play baseball against the munchkins from the Wizard of Oz... It was a close game, but Earth's greatest baseball players barely
managed to defeat them (hey, those munchkins are tougher than they look...). As a reward, they were each given gifts of power and majesty. When Bryce returned to his home timeline, and told Al what had happened, at first he didn't believe him, until Bryce showed him his newfound powers and weapons. Al just rolled his eyes,"Look, I thought we talked about this when you were 9, none of this super hero business...do you want to end up like that lunatic alien Souper Man?" But Bryce was determined, and dressed up in a snazzy baseball outfit (with a catcher's mask on of course to preserve his secret identity) and proceeded to fight crime. He became one of the greatest heroes his world had ever known, until it was destroyed. He was the last to survive, floating through the void of space, at last arriving in the present DC continuity.

Field
Field is a young kid who ran away from his home. His father was abusive and he never had the courage to stand up to him, so he buried it all inside him and made jokes about everything. At age 18 he finally had enough and left home. During this time he was zapped by a beam of energy from the sky of unknown origins. He gained an incredible energy field. It acted as a force field and he found he could rearrange it to fire energy blasts, fly and reshape it to protect others too. He didn't even need to eat, drink or breathe when the field was up. It provided him with all of the energy he needed. Whenever the field's energy ran low, he would simply absorb any type of energy (solar, electrical, heat, etc.) and it would recharge itself. He made his way across the USA for several years.

Macalypse

Indeed Few things are known about the one who calls himself MALACLYPSE but here quite simply are the facts... You see belief has power MALACLYPSE is the manifestation of millions of minds thinking about things like Discordia, Illuminati, conspiracy theories, and Madness. Dressed much like a cross between one of the imagined men in black and a magician, He wears a magicians hat, a suit and carries numerous bits of occult and magic paraphernalia concealed within his suit. Black leather gloves cover his hands and thick shades cover his eyes.... However without the hat gloves and glasses he makes a fearsome sight Long Pointed claws that flick in and out protrude where nails should be... His eyes swirling red pools of swirling chaos that seem to draw you in deeper and deeper and then destroy your sanity... and his hair... What at a distance appears to be messy shortcut black hair appears just a tad too thick at close range and moves by itself.... MALACLYPSE has other powers.... Magical powers..... The Power to Heal anything short of death over time... The power to alter reality and bring things into being... theres just one tiny problem.... Given the huge amount of people DISBELEIVEING in him his powers are extremely erratic and even when they work he almost never gets quite what he desires... This also makes him mortal and vulnerable and unable to forge convincing money with his powers... That and his death wish are what inspired him to join the group you see he has never been caught... Yet.

Pollux
(Real Name: Jacob Olvany)
Background: Jacob Olvany lived a normal middle class life until the emergence of his powers allowed him to aspire to more than the small town life could offer him. With the ability to alter his appearance, he did what many youths would do in his place and began a petty theft spree until he was caught and sentenced to a juvenille center. Releasing his first ever "sting", the targeted youth simply dropped to the floor and stopped moving. He voluntarily registered for one of many "experimental" military programs. Within a few months, the now 20 year old Olvany could mimic almost anyone after studying their picture and listening to a sample of thier voice.  He served for six years in various roles perfecting his skills and when his time was up, he chose to resign his commision and try to enter civilian life again. Unfortunately, he soon became stir crazy and began to long for the days he had in the service, and after he recieved a call from Steel asking him if he was up for one more mission, he lept at the chance

Prozac
(Real Name: Chicago Dantzler)
Chicago is a detective by trade but in his heart he is a semi-insane thief.At a young age Chicago has always loved to steal and the obssession has not passed.He uses his powers secretivly and this has helped him become both a famous detective and thief.recently
however his criminal background was discovered and he has been placed in prison. Prozac has a power he calls the Blur.In blured form Prozac seems to distort time itself, but just for the purpose of speed.When blured Prozacs body looks just that..blured. There is a drawback to his powers though at times he is unable to revert back into his normal form and it takes hours or maybe days until he can.He has learned to use this ability only in dire situations. Chicago always keeps his head shaved completely bald and is usaully seen wearing a white sox hat turned to the side, he is extremly well muscled. He wears a black body suit that closely resembles the flash's attire, also he carries a specially designed silver book-sack that fits around his shoulders firmly.The book-sack contains
many gadgets that he has created and stole.

Scourge
(real name: Marc Shinyuko / Knight)
Started training under the Saburo Sun and other tutors almost imediately after adoption in order to aquire exceptional acrobatic and martial arts skills. Upon his 18th birthday, with his training complete, was to return to his father estates outside Kyoto. Upon arriving found father dead and sister missing. learned it was a Yakuza hit (a rival clan). He vowed to wipeout those responsible and find his sister. As Scourge he Caused chaos through out japan for a couple years as he slaughtered dozens of Yakuza members, he learned along the way that his father and uncle were also members of the Yakuza. truth. His uncle informed him that marc was to take over his fathers place. Marc refused, denouncing the Yakuza. His uncle, though disappointed, accepted Marc's choice, but promised that should he change his mind the position would still remain. His uncle also informed him that his resources had told him that Marc's sister had been taken to the US, where the Yakuza was trying to establish a foot hold.
Marc decided to go to the US under the disguise of a Art Dealer by the name of Marc Knight, in order to track down his sister. As Scourge, he soon found himself hunted by the authorities (as some of them had be bribed by the rival Yakuza clan, but also because he looks rather dark and menacing). He learned of the Suicide Squad offering and decided to take it in order to increase his personal funds and attempt to get the law off his case for awhile.

Sniper Mistress
(Real Name:Tara Davidson)
Tara is 24. As a teenager she learned that she could fight at supersonic speeds but she
ran like a normal girl combined with her extra strength (can't be called superstrength because it was that big of a difference then a normal woman) she was a fighting machine. Then she started robbing places like electronic stores at the age of 17 were she learned she had a natural aiming talent for guns. She was arrested and was found guilty of 10 murders and 3 million worth of stolen goods and was given Life without Parole at age 18. Now 6 years she was given a chance to join the Suicide Squard for parole after 15 years served in jail.

Stitch
(Real Name: Brendan Silva)
Brendan Silva is a former Air Force pilot. Silva served in Desert Storm a few years back where his plane went down in the Gulf and he lost half his face and a leg. After the crash, while amnesiac at the time and wandering around the Middle East, Brendan fell in with Ra's Al Ghul who used him as a guinea pig for experimintation. This resulted in the stitched up face and the cybernetic leg that he bears now as well as enhanced strength. He was used mainly as a goon for Ra's Al Ghul for five years until one day he uxeplainably regained his memory. He managed to escape from Ra's Al Ghul with a target still on his back returning to the states. Trouble finding good work and little family to return too though has brought him into the Suicide Squad.

Union Jack
Union Jack`s grandfather was the original UJ. The first UJ was a gold age british hero,
he carried a enchanted pommel the ones carried by the beefeaters. His first hero companion was called The Beefeater, he was a ordinary joe strong man who couldn't get
into the army so he decided to go the cape way. Donning a beefeater's outfit with a standard eye face mask, but during the final days of the war he was killed saving by taking a bullet that was meant for UJ. He never got over the fact that in some way he was resonable for his death,and that was one of the reasons UJ quit. The other was that during the end of WW2 people didn't need old heroes anymore it was the being of the cold war, and a new way of fighting so he disappeared from the public view until now when his grandson took up the role as Union Jack. Base of operation is London, England.
Since he and his grandfather have the same build, height and weight. Europe and the rest of the world thinks he is the original UJ who hasn't aged since WW2.
