---COPY N PASTE---->
Type 1 is what most of the realms know as a slow type fighting system. This fighting system is actually one of the best, slow typers are able to do it without worrying about being killed by faster typers, and T1 actually takes brains and skills unlike it's exact opposite Type 2.Also in Type 1 this system is known for it's turn based system, meaning: You get a turn, I get a turn, and you will not do anything again before I have had mine, unless I am finished.. There are actually several kinds of Type 1, but you will only see two here. One of them being the real form of T1, and then there is T1 Story.
This fighting style actually has an amount of words you must type unlike T1 Story where you type as many, and be as descriptive as you wish. T1 consists of typing 7 words to attack, and there is of course your dodge, and then your counter. Take in mind that the paragraph that you are typing can be more than seven words, but it is only the minimum. Examples of T1 Original will follow:
Thor: he was angry with Albert's words ensuing there would be a fight to follow, he narrowed his eyes reaching for the dagger which was hidden under the clothing of his left wrist, grasping the handle in which he pulled out, now standing from the chair that he was in, and moving toward the position of Albert.
Albert: he stood alarmed at the grasping of the other's blade, reaching down toward his right thigh where he carried a 3 foot sword, pulling it from the sheath he would defend himself if need be.
I was only setting the stage, now this is where the actual fight scene occurs.
Thor:he moved to the left side of Albert, swinging with his right hand the blade down toward his left shoulder.
Now here is where Albert will dodge, and then he will counter in a different paragraph.
Albert:Thor had been too slow, he was already off to his right side, the blade only cutting air.
Albert: Now with sword in right hand he swung toward the exposed right arm of Thor, knowing the man was a bit off-balance.
That was your basic T1 Original fight scene. Now if he were to take the hit, it would have been something like this that follows:
Thor: the dagger sunk deep into the flesh of Albert, the blade even going as far as to chipping a piece of bone out of the wound, now moving back from Albert as he pulled the dagger out of his bleeding shoulder.
T1 story is basically the same thing with an acception. Unlike T1 Original, T1 Story gives you the benefit of placing your counter-attack in with your dodge, this making it less paragraphs on the page, and less times you have to press the 'Enter' button. Also you will notice that in T1 Story you will type more than just 7 words in your paragraphs, if you want to, the minimum for this is two full lines. A basic fight scene will follow:
Thor: he was really angered now, having drawn the blood of Albert which was still covering his own hands, he now moved toward Albert's right side, Albert was holding his shoulder with his right hand trying to stop the bleeding. Thor would now attack the right side, aiming the dagger toward Albert's exposed kidney, leaning his weight into the blow where if he missed he would be off-balance.
Albert: being too quick on his feet he moved toward the left, Thor would most likely be off balance right now, watching as he spun with his weight, it would be the right time now, he quickly let his hand holding the shoulder drop, swinging the blade in a horizontal fashion toward Thor's back which would most likely cut him.
In that one paragraph is both your Dodge, and your Counter attack. Although it does seem longer, you will see more people using this form rather than the Original form, perhaps it is just too boring, or others would rather do the dodge and counter attack in the same paragraph. It is up to you to decide.
Now for magic. Magic in this case is similar in both cases, in Type 1 combat you must Prep, or prepare your magics to be used. Depending on how many preps there are will determine the potency of your magic. Following is an example of a -Prep-.
Albert: being the mage he was a white aura began to form around him, no telling what this would be, Albert was the only one who did know, he seemed to strain under the mass of force which pushed from inside of him, even beginning to sweat as he began willing the magics around him grow.
Now, that was a prep, you can't prep and attack in the same paragraph, so do not worry about that. To efficiently pull your magics off, it would be wise for you to get somewhere where you will not be bothered. In this next paragraph you will see how to use your magics the paragraph after your opponent has had their turn.
Albert: being the mage he was a white aura began to form around him, no telling what this would be, Albert was the only one who did know, he seemed to strain under the mass of force which pushed from inside of him, even beginning to sweat as he began willing the magics around him grow.
Thor: He watched the magics begin to grow around Albert, and then outward, although he didn't know what this was, he would keep his distance to find out taking no chance of being hit with this thing he thought was arcane.
Albert: now moving toward Thor with this magic around him, the wound that was on his arm began to seal again, but leaving the chipped pieces of bone where they had came out, the skin began sewing its self together, although it would not fully heal right then, the magic aura, then began to fade away as he returned his gaze upon Thor.
That is how you use your magics in a turn based style. Pretty cool, huh? I find T1 way more fun than some of the other systems out there.
If this "< C >" is seen during a T1 fight, that means that the fighter is not done with their turn, be patient and let them finish their turn before you go off typing yours. Obviously < C > means Continued.
