"Mmm, who was the guy who was a werewolf?" Nikki asked.
"Ugh, Brian." AJ said. "Didn't you like the phantom?"
"Oh, yeah, he was my favorite!" Nikki said.
"Oh, you don't like the mummy?" Nick asked.
"I like the mummy, too." Nikki added, laughing. "I like em all, okay!"
"Ok. Good." AJ said.
"So what other songs do you sing?" Mandy asked.
"We sing several ... like, As long as you love me, All I have to give, uh, We've got it going on, Quit Playin Games with my heart, uh, Larger than Life, I Want it That Way, and ... our newest, Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely." Nick blurted.
Mandy laughed, "Wow. I am surprised I haven't really heard of you before. Sorry."
"It's okay. That's better, ya know?" AJ said, looking at Nikki.
"Wait, wait wait, Show Me the Meaning! I just saw that video and cried!" Mandy said.
"Really? Yeah, it is depressing I guess." Nick said.
"Well, I had just broken up with my boyfriend, Matt." she shrugged.
"Matt?!" Both the boys exclaimed.
"Yeah, why?" Mandy looked curious.
"We met him." Nick said quietly.
"What? How!" Mandy cried.
"We ... kinda... ACCIDENTALLY knocked on the wrong ... door." AJ said, knowing she was mad.
"So you met Ryan too?" Nikki stared at him. They nodded.
"Guys what did they say about us?" Mandy asked.
"Well, they kinda...well they said that you two were sluts."
Nikki jumped "Why those little..."
"Calm down Nikki we don't believe them we don't think that you girls are the type." AJ said.
"I know that, but it is the concept, they are just sorry that we dumped their asses, and they didn't get none." Nikki said.
"Yes, she is right." Mandy nodded in agreement.
"They are so selfish pigs." Nikki continued.
"Nikki we didn't even like them ok." Nick said.
Nikki sat down and starting eating her french fries again. She caught AJ staring at her in the corner of her eye.
"What is there something in my tooth?" She asked AJ.
"Huh? What? Oh no." AJ said, coming back to reality.
"Then um what were you looking at?" Nikki asked.
"Oh I love that jacket, it's styling." AJ said smiling.
"Hey thanks, it's my favorite jacket I am like you know getting into animal print now." Nikki was explaining.
"Oh yes you should see her wardrobe, everything is animal print expect for her pants." Mandy said. After they were all done eating they got back into the car.
"So where do you guys want to go to now?" Nikki asked.
"Hey Nikki?" AJ asked.
"Yes,?"
"Can I call you Nik for short?" Nick shot him a look and said "Oh no, if you two are ever getting it on and you say my name that is just going to give me the creeps."
Nikki stoled him a glare. "Oh fine AJ you can call her Nik." Nick said.
"I didn't know that you could chose for me Nick." Nikki said.
They were just about to get into an argument, but Mandy said "Where do you guys want to go?"
AJ and Nikki looked at each other and thought the same thing clubbing.
"Hey guys let's go clubbing." AJ said.
They all agreed and went to a club called "Ocean Waves"
"Go ahead in, you four look old enough." Said the huge bouncer that was blocking the entrance in the club.
"Thanks." Mandy said politely.
In reality though AJ was the only one old enough. They got on the dance floor during a fast song "What a Girl Wants." By Christina Agurila. AJ and Nikki were really getting their groove on. Nick and Mandy were dancing near them, trying to pick up some hints. (Sorry Erin I had to add that in) Nikki was laughing and said "Wow AJ you are a good dancer, I never knew that."
"Well, there are some few thing that you don't know about me." He said sly.
"Whatever." Laughed Nikki.
Mandy and Nick were dancing.
"You are so tall." Mandy said looking up at him.
"No, you are just short." Nick said laughing.
"I am not short." Mandy said in a whining voice.
"Chill, I was just joking."
"I know." Mandy said as she threw her arms around his neck, standing on her tiptoes.
"I am thirsty come on AJ let's get a Coke." Nikki said grabbing AJ's hand to the bar.
"Ok, take a chill pill we will get you one." AJ said laughing.
"Yes, one coke please." Nikki told the bartender.
"Would that be rum and Coke?" He asked Nikki.
"No just a regular Coke please." Nikki said sounding annoyed, she just wanted to get her Coke.
"Ah come on, you won't have any fun just drinking a regular coke." The bartender said.
Nikki got mad and got up in his face "JUST GET ME A COKE! Also I don't think that it is your job telling me what you think that I should have, I am sure that your boss wouldn't like it one bit."
"You little." The bartender started.
"Hey you heard my girl, just get her a Coke."
The bartender angrily left and come back throwing the Coke on Nikki.
"Oh no you did not." Nikki said, she got close to him and smacked him in his face, then he slapped her back.
AJ stepped into the fight and punched the bartender. "All I asked for was a Coke plain and simple, where is the manager?" Nikki asked angrily.
Nick and Erin were dancing when they heard all the commotion over at the bar. They saw a crowd of people cheering.
"What is going on?" Mandy asked.
"I don't know come on let's go see." Nick said grabbing Mandy's hand and running over to the bar.
Nick and Mandy ran over the bar, shocked to see AJ punching the bartender out. Mandy walked over to Nikki. "What the hell is happening Nikki?" Mandy asked. She looked at Nikki and saw a big huge red mark on the side of her face, before she had time to ask her about it the manger came out and pulled AJ and the bartender apart. Nikki ran straight to AJ and hugged him.
Not long after we were kicked out of the club, luckily that was it. The manager did not press charges and he also promised that the bartender would be fired. In the car on the way back to the dorm I decided to ask Nikki about the mark on her face, I know that Nick was wondering too.
"Nikki, what happened to your face?" I asked concerned.
"What? There is something on my face?" Nikki asked as she was patting her face.
AJ looked at her face and said "Damn girl, the jerk slapped you hard."
"What?" Mandy asked starting at Nikki.
"The bartender slapped me cause I slapped him first, no biggie."
"That is so not right Nikki." Mandy said.
"I know, that is why I was punching his lights out." AJ said, putting his arm around Mandy.
"Oh." Mandy said and turned around.
The rest of the way to the dorm was silent. When they got their the guys walked the girls up to the dorm.
"I had a great time." Nick said to Mandy.
"Yeah let's trade phone numbers so that we can do this again sometime." AJ said.
"Ok." Nikki said getting out a piece of paper and a pen.
"How long are you staying in New York?" Mandy asked.
"Two weeks." Nick said.
"Here you go." Nikki said handing the phone number to AJ.
"Thanks, call ya tomorrow ok?" AJ said.
"Sure, see ya." Nikki said.
"Wait before I go I wanted to give you this" AJ said leaning in Nikki and kissed her passionately. "Hm that was nice." Nikki said.
Mandy and Nick hugged and the guys left. After the girls got into their rooms Nikki screamed at the top of her lungs in excitement.
A minute later their RA Noel knocked on the door. Nikki got up and opened it.
"Hey Nik." Noel said
"Hey what's up?" Nikki asked.
Mandy came out of the bathroom with her pajamas on.
"Hey Noel."
"Hey Mand." Noel said
"What's up?" Nikki repeated herself.
"Oh who was screaming and why, it woke a couple people up and they are pissed and told me it came from your room." Noel said.
Mandy glared at Nikki.
"Sorry Noel, I had a burst of excitement, I won't do it again."
Noel was Nikki and Mandy's best guy friend, and plus he was there RA.
"Come Nikki tell me what happened?"
"Well..." Started Nikki.
"AJ McLean from the Backstreet Boys kissed her." Mandy said.
"Wow really?" Noel asked looking at Nikki.
"I don't care if he is a Backstreet Boy, he is unbelievable."
"Wow what is that on your face." Noel asked.
Nikki got up, "Oh I just got slapped by the bartender, no biggie. "
Noel eyes dilated "What?"
Mandy faked a yawn and said "I am tired."
"Ok I am going, Nikki we are going to talk about it ok?" Noel asked.
"No Noel I am fine, it's all over with thanks though." Nikki said.
"Ok sure no problem." Noel said hugging Mandy and Nikki.
