   Application Goal: 

   DesignXpert Visio Edition gives you the ability to build, configure,
   and validate your network devices online without ever leaving Visio or closing your Visio drawing.

   DesignXpert Visio Edition is a Visio add-on module, so all its powerful network design, configuration
   and validation features are in addition to Visio's standard capabilities.
   DesignXpert Visio Edition is compatible with Visio 2000 and Visio 2002.

   Application Modules:

      1. C++ wrapper for legacy code.
      2. C++ add-on client.
      3. Entity/Session EJBs that have been used in Servlets and JSPs.
      4. XML based language that been used to display information at the Visio client.
     

   Platform: Weblogic application server 5.1 SP8 runs on Win32 server or UNIX, Visio 2000/2002

   Database Server: Oracle 8i

   Development Languages:  C++, Java JNI, Java RMI, J2EE and Oracle PL/SQL.

   Development Duration: 8 months.
