God’s Spiritual Posse
God’s Spiritual Posse is a street outreach ministry, largely consisting of youth from all different walks of life, governmental housing projects, broken homes, single parents, drug addiction, violent neighborhoods and many other hostile areas of life. But they’re now conveying the message of God through praise and worship songs, skits and personal testimonies.
God has given them the vision of crusading the entire state of South Carolina, county by county. They already have and will continue to affect the lives of many youth, as well as adults
The objective of the posse, is not to come into a community and give a performance. Their objective is to touch lives. The bible clarifies, that only a spiritual transformation of the heart will change the negative results of a community.
The church vision today must be clear and precise. If God people would rise up and chart a clear spiritual path. The explosion in the prison population would cease, the crime rate, would drop, broken homes would subside. Robbery and rape would slump, single parents would become married parents, child molesters would repent, neighbors would stop finger pointing and start hand shaking.
As the posse march across the state, declaring war on the enemy of our children, setting up camp on the street corners, basketball courts, the entrance to crack house. Freeing a child here and there from the strong holds of satan. It is hard at times facing harsh weather and conditions and unfriendly residents. But it’s a magnificent blessing seeing the crusade increase, county after county. It's like a snow-ball rolling down a hill enlarging itself with the youth, satan though he had.
To conduct an effective campaign of this magnitude against the enemy God's spiritual posse, need the support of the Christian community.
As of now, vans are rented or borrowed to transport the posse team and staff to the crusade sites, under this system of operation the entire team can not go, sufficient transportation to move across the state is a must. We're praying and have been striving to purchase a motor coach, which would provide sufficient transportation, comfortability, child safety and guaranteeing timely arrival. The motor coach cost approximately $140,000.
At time, over night lodging is necessary for the entire team. New uniforms are constantly needed for new members.
In Marion County, highway 76, across in front of Mcleod Hospital, land is being purchased. A building is being structured into a sanctuary. El-Shaddia Apostolic Ministries, Pastor Elder Archie Ford. This is a place God's Spiritual Posse can study, worship God, Increase their faith and prepare for battle. We need about twenty thousand dollars to complete this structure. The climax of the crusade will be Columbia at the Coliseum, the many lives the posse has touched during the course of the crusade will be invited. By that time, God's Spiritual Posse should be grown into hundreds of members. What a glorious day it will be.
To conduct this crusade through South Carolina, every county, It cost around $250,000.
There are those who said this crusade will never be completed. Other say this is crazy and financially impossible. But as a child of God, I refuse to believe that the kingdom of God is bankrupt. I refuse to believe that God has given the posse a vision and the check to finance the vision will come back marked insufficient funds. There are thousands of saints, God have already blessed with the finance for such times as this.
