Major graphics difference (It may not seem like much but in the games, it is), and FPS is a lot worse, before I could get about 30-40 FPS (on Morrowind) at 1024x768, now I get about 15-20 FPS. Both used the same settings: Antialiasing 4x, Anisotropic Filtering 8x, and Texture Sharpening. Settings were changed for both and a difference was still visible.
Note: The difference is noticed in every advanced 3d graphics game, not only Morrowind.
