Girls Day & Night Out - 3/27/04

^^ This is Mollie at a scrapbooking party that I tagged along to. ^^

^^ Mollie's page. ^^

^^ Me scrapbooking. ^^

^^ Mollie sticks out her tongue a lot, doesn't she? ^^

^^ More tongue on the way back to Moll's house from the party. ^^

^^ Mollie and I on our way to Ruby Tuesday's before going to Cinemark. ^^

^^ The freeway on the way to the movies. ^^

^^ A picture of the movie theatre through the streaky windshield. ^^

^^ Parking lot of Ruby's. ^^

^^ "Good where it counts"... interesting. ^^

^^ Crayons I grabbed on the way to our seats. I also got a kids' placemat. ^^

^^ "Can you help Emma finish her painting?" read the placemat.

I saw the blank canvas as a great opportunity... I drew a stickfigure hanging. :o) ^^

^^ Madlib from the placemat, Mollie asked for the words and I supplied. It reads:

"MY RADIO COMMERCIAL"
Ruby Tuesday has the PENETRABLE (adj.) food in the whole world, And they treat me like their ELONGATED (adj.) customer.
I like to bring my MEMBER (noun), because we VIBRATE (verb) into Ruby Tuesday, We always have a SLIMEY time.
So don't be a HORSE (noun), come into Ruby Tuesday, And don't forget to try the FLANK (menu item).
I BURNED (verb) it because it's BLOODY (adj.).
Ruby Tuesday got where they are with word of mouth. I should know, My name's Johnson (first name) Harry (last name) and I made this ad.

^^ Say hello to Mr. Light. ^^

"What is it?!?"

Mollie's broccoli and cheese soup had a curious object in it.
We finally decided it looked like bacon... but there was only one piece. Yum. ^^

^^Ruby Tuesday's toliet. ^^

^^ My broccoli. ^^

^^ Trumpet on the wall in honor of Mollie. ^^

^^ My cheesecake. I asked the waitress if they just made it.

She got all scared and confused looking 'cause she thought I was serious.
Then I told her I was kidding; "Doesn't it have to be refridgerated anyway?" ^^

^^ My date for the evening in invisibility mode.

Actually, she was in the bathroom facilities but I thought it was a cool idea. ^^

^^ We left one disney dollar along with the rest of our tip. ^^

After Ruby's, we headed to Cinemark to see "The Prince and Me". VERY good film... Mollie and I both got really emotional (gee, wonder why?) and tears were streaming. Besides the film going completely out of focus during the previews and delaying it for like 10 minutes and the people we sat next to, all was great. Lol, the girl to our right asked two previews later if it was supposed to be blurry. We informed that it indeed was not and she intelligently stated, "I thought I was going blind." Then we pointed up to the projection room and how they were trying to fix the problem. Plus, she kept using her cell phone... The girls to our left gossiped the whole time... and Mollie and me made it a point to make fun of them:

"Oh my gosh, guys! I sooo want to have a sleepover before prom! We can stay up late, watch movies and make popcorn!! We'll talk about boys and if we're feeling real risky we'll have a pillow fight."
Then:
"Oh my gosh, she is so ugly! I mean, she's got a nice body, but her face... eh, it's hideous. I hate her so much. And she claims she wears a size 600 (really it was a size 5 they were talking 'bout, we just exagerated) but it's sooo obvious that she wears a size 900... and that's just squeezing in! And have you heard about that other girl? Eh, she is such a slut!! I mean, it's sooo gross! What does she think she's doing?"
The girls to both our right and our left are the epitome of what I NEVER want to become.
