I found a way to cheat Neopets! It doesn't get you a lot, but it gets you a little bit. Basically, make sure you're logged out of Neopets, and then click the banner above when the gleam in the Usul's eye is biggest. It takes you to a glitch sign up page. Sign up, activate the account etc. Don't get your Newbie pack. Go to the Hidden Tower. If you don't know where it is, put the following in your address bar.

Click on any four items with the word "Faerie" in the name. Click on the back link on the page each time, NOT the back arrow on your browser! Then go and get your Newbie Pack. You should have four bottled faeries there! If it doesn't work first time, you might not have clicked the link at the right time- keep trying until it works!
