Amel fuses with Akasha and makes her a vampire; she in turn makes Enkil a vampire.

Maharet has a mortal daughter, Miriam, who starts the Great Family; Khayman takes Maharet and Mekare back to Egypt.

Akasha makes Khayman a vampire.

Khayman makes Mekare, who makes Maharet.

Maharet and Mekare are separated and sealed into coffins; both escape but fail to find each other.

Louis and David agree to live with Lestat in the New Orleans town house.

Lestat stalks and kills Roger, whose ghost comes back to him.

Roger's spirit tells Lestat that he must look after his daughter, Dora.

The Devil comes to Lestat and tells him he needs help in his fight against God. This Devil, Memnoch, as he calls himself, claims that he is not evil.

Memnoch tells Lestat the true story of creation and then takes him to both Heaven and to Hell.

Lestat drinks the blood of Christ and is given Veronica's Veil.

Lestat flees Hell and loses his eye during his escape.

Dora takes the veil.

Armand goes into the sun.

Maharet gives Lestat his eye back, saying it is from Memnoch.

Lestat goes into a mad rage and is chained in St. Elizabeth's where he drifts off into a comatose state.

Hesitant at first, Pandora gives in and writes down the story of her life as a mortal in early Rome as well as her years of immortality.

Armand is still alive, he did not die from the sun's heat.

Lestat still sleeps in St. Elizabeth's Chapel.

David persuades Armand to tell him his story as well.

Marius makes Sybelle and Benji, the mortals who cared for Armand after he had gone into the sun, into vampires.

Annddd Lestat goes back into his silent state.

Louis is tormented (that's our boy) over whether or not Claudia's spirit is wandering the earth in pain and he thinks of little else.

David goes to an old student of his from the Talamasca to help conjure up her spirit. This student is a witch known as Merrick Mayfair.

Merrick calls up Claudia who lies to Louis about her feelings for him.

Louis goes into the sun but not before making Merrick into a vampire (she tricks him into it, that Merrick bitch).

Lestat awakens for good (Finally!) to save Louis from the sun by giving him his powerful blood.

Louis seems to no longer be the Louis we all know and love (Dammit, Anne!) and claims that all he ever wanted was to be just like all the other vampires (*cough*BULLSHIT!*cough*).

The Talamasca is willing to wage a war with the vampires because their members are slowly being turned (like...into vampires :P~).

The coven is forced to leave New Orleans despite Lestat's protests and threats.

David records the aformentioned events.

2000

Publication of Merrick under the pseudonym Anne Rice.

An old world vampire by the name of Thor awakens from being in a deep sleep.

He stumbles upon Marius who takes him into his house out of kindness.

Marius' heart has been growing heavier with grief and memories so Thor listens to him as he tells his tale (Finally, we get to hear things from a fresh POV).

Thor tells Marius that he is a fledgling of Maharet and he (Thor) wishes to do her harm.

Marius advises him against this, but aranges a meeting between the two.

Thor kills Santino (YES!! DIE you FUCKER!) because he has brought Marius (not to mention all the readers of the chronicles >_< ) nothing but great pain throughout his life.

Maharet chains Thor up (Do I sense a fetish here??) with iron chains braided with her hair (which is why Lestat was not able to break free from HIS chains for those of you who were wondering).

Thor gives her his eyes to use for sight so she does not have to use mortal eyes to see anymore.

2001

Publication of Blood and Gold - The Story of Marius under the pseudonym Anne Rice.

A newborn vampire named Quinn seeks out Lestat in the hopes that he can help to destroy a spirit that has been with Quinn since birth.

Lestat is back in New Orleans despite warnings from the Talamasca - Lestat demands that they leave him and the others alone.

Lestat mentions that during his comatose state he was not always in his body and this has something to do with angels and his eye (Drugs, anyone??).

After listening to Quinn's story (I'm in LOVE with his family :X) Lestat decides that Merrick can help rid Quinn of "Goblin".

Quinn discovers that Goblin is the dead spirit of his twin brother whom he never knew about (he died at birth).

Merrick rids Quinn of Goblin and kills herself in the process.

Lestat makes Mona Mayfair (Quinn's dying lover) into a vampire.

Mona is a member of the Talamasca, and this move will disrupt what peace is left between the Vampires and the Order.
