Welcome to The Mommy Palace! We ask that all who are interested in joining our group please read these rules thoroughly. If there are any rules that you don’t agree with you may want to reconsider joining. If you have any questions please contact one of the owners/moderators and we will be glad to help in any way we can. :::Group Rules::: (1) We are not a group that tolerates bashing other members for there beliefs or questions. We are all here to support one another as parents. If you happen to have a personal conflict with a member leave it that way. ABSOLUTELY NO RACIAL, SEXUAL, OR ANY OTHER KIND OF SLANDER IS PERMITTED! (2) Every member is given they’re own personal I.D. and password when they sign up. This is the I.D. and password you will use anytime you sign in to group. No other member should know your Password. Any one caught logging in under another members name will be removed from group permanently. If you believe that some one is using you I.D. or stolen your password, contact management ASAP and we will take care of it. (3) Moderators make decisions based on fairness of the whole group, and not just one member if you are removed it was a decision made for the well being of the group. Do not harass anyone if you are removed. If you feel like you were removed from the group unfairly contact management and the situation will be reviewed and you will be notified of the resulting decision. (4) WE DO NOT TOLERATE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT! (5) We are not responsible for member’s posts. Everyone has a right to there own opinion, and the 1st amendment. We ask that all member respect one another and they’re right to personal opinions. (6) If you for any reason, at any time feel threatened by a member please contact management. We will look into the issue and what we can do. All allegations will be treated seriously. (7) No clones, trolls, fakes, or impersonators! (8) The LOCKED TOPIC option in posts is for moderator use only. (Unless you have something very important to tell everyone.) (9) Management reserves the right to remove any material that we feel may infringe on the rights of other members, or is in any other way inappropriate. (10) Not every member has to be adult, please take this into consideration when using profanity (11) Do not send harassing emails to anyone in the group. (12) No forwarding junk mail, chain letters, other group's posts, or unnecessary information to group. (13 Group newsletters are sent to group for a reason please read them and if you have anything to add reply to it. (14) Sometimes your moderators will post letters to inform or correct members doing something wrong, if you take offence please email the moderator in charge of the post privately to discuss it in an adult manor. Remember we are mothers not kids. :::Moderator Rules::: (1) All group decisions are to be approved by Amanda, Kelly or Megan. (2) No member is to be approved until their membership application is reviewed. (3) Anything posted that can cause problems is to be erased ASAP! :::Contest Rules::: Ok these rules apply to every single contest and poll we have in our group so listen up. (1) We want all contests to be fun and fair. To try and insure this, no member is to vote for himself or herself. Anyone caught voting for themselves may be disqualified from the contest in question. (2) If you add a photo to the contests it has to have your number next in line and your name NOT THE CHILDS anyone who doesn't do this will receive a warning and if it isn’t corrected you will be removed from the contest. (3) You may add 1 photo of each child. (5) Contest polls are not to be campaigned. Any one caught campaigning, bribing, or trying to persuade other members in anyway to vote for them WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED FROM THE CONTEST, and receive an administrative warning Disclaimer The Mommy Palace is not responsible for anything obscene or offensive that might be posted on the boards. Management does their best to keep a check on all post and will remove any we feel are inappropriate, or take other action as deemed necessary.
