This setting determines the percentage of connection bandwidth that the system
can reserve for QoS traffic. By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system
to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection.
Open your registry and find or create the key below.
Create a new DWORD value called "NonBestEffortLimit" and set it to the
percentage (in decimal) of bandwidth to reserve for QoS packets.
Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
Note: This can be change on an adapter-by-adapter basis by creating the same
value in
[ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Psched\Parameters\Adapters\{Adpater-ID}].
