Arena Select:
At the fighter selection screen, before you select your fighter, hit TH and a stage selection menu will appear. Hit

on the D-Pad and press 3 to confirm your stage selection. You can then return to the fighter selection screen to select your fighter.

Note: You cannot choose levels you have not unlocked yet.
