The LOTR Soundtrack Project

The LOTR Soundtrack Project

I have gathered together some lyrics to the songs that remind me of Lord Of The Rings or The Hobbit in some way, shape, or form. Some of them have explainations as to why I believe they fit into the collection, others nither have explanations nor need them. Some fit into the movie, some into the realm of the novels - so please do not object if I add a song or two that you do not believe fits. These are just my own personal favorites, though I do take requests!

Warning! There may be some spoilers below the picture! I'll try to keep them to a minimum, though.

On a quick note, some of the songs I have dedicated to Sam and Frodo. On reading the songs, you may assume that I meant for them to be of a romantic nature. Now, while I have nothing against that, it is not my intention to portray them that way. The love spoken of in the songs should be inerpereted to mean the kind of brotherly love that the two share in the novels. On the rare occasion, I have slightly altered the lyrics to reflect this. Again, just my own impressions, so please, no flames.
