Welcome to the Father Corby and Alice Hamill Divisions

The men and women of the Father Corby and Alice Hamill divisions AOH/LAOH wish you a traditional cead mile failte—a thousand welcomes. The AOH is a fraternal organization dedicated to “Friendship, Unity, Christian Charity” and support to the Church entrusted to us by Our Lord Jesus Christ.  Our two divisions extend this mission to continue the legacy of the early Irish contributions to St. Mary of Sorrows.  Land for the Church was donated by the Hamil family in the 1840’s—today members of the family are part of the Father Corby Division and parishioners of St. Mary’s.  Irish laborers built the historic church after working long days constructing the nearby railroad.
