Sift cake mix and pudding, add eggs oil, and milk. Mix well and pour into 3 greased and floured 8" round pans. Bake 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool layers before icing.
Cream the cream cheese, sugar and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold pecans and Hershey candy into sugar mixture. Fold cool whip until just blended. Ice cake layers.
Yields: 15-20 servings
