Books that Fit -- Civics

Listed below are several books that can be and are often used in teaching reading. These books are grouped by topic under the strand. Beside each entry is an estimation of the grade level in which the book would be appropriate. Some books cover all areas because of the graphics that they offer.

P = Primary grades K-3
I = Intermediate grades 4-5
M = Middle School grades 6-8
H = High School grades 9-12
