Let's talk about faith. What does faith mean to you? I suppose it means different things for different people. To me, faith is believing in the unseen. I can't physically see God, but I see Him everyday in my life. I see Him in the sunshine, the ocean, nature, children, friends, and much more. God is very real to me.

God expresses His unconditional love to me everyday. He comforts me, He guides me; He expects me to live with a clean heart. If I mess up, though, He is right there with His arms wide open; He forgives me. God is my Heavenly Father.

Jesus came into my heart

Sometimes I come to a point in life where I just don't feel like I can go on. I feel so drained. In the middle of distress, I may think "How am I ever going to make it through this?", but I always seem to make it through somehow. This is because when I don't have the strength on my own, God gives me His strength. With Him, I can do anything. He IS my strength.

Jesus is my friend 'til the end

I accepted Jesus Christ into my heart when I was 10 years old. I began riding the bus to church in the 4th grade, and I noticed that these people had something I didn't have. They had joy in their lives. I wanted it! It was then that I prayed and asked God to forgive me for my sin and to come into my heart and live within me forever. God is my Salvation.

When I am weak, He is strong.

Have you ever had a friend whom you could just talk to about anything? A friend who was there for you through thick and thin? A friend who was always honest with you no matter what? A friend who would forgive you every time he/she was hurt by you? A friend who would always go the extra mile just for you? A friend who understands anything you are going through? These kinds of friends are rare, though they are out there. There is, however, one friend that does all of these things and more. He is the friend of many; He would like to be yours too. I can talk to him anytime about anything. He will never fail me. Jesus is my friend.
