Please understand. We had such an influx of recipe's at the last minute that I did not have the time to put all the recipe's on this page that were turned in.
These are some fun recipe's from my family for our family Cookbook.
Super English Muffin Bread
5 1/2 to 6 c. flour, 2 pkg. Dry yeast, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. baking soda, 2 c. milk (warm), 1/2 c. water (warm)
Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, & soda. Heat liquids until very warm. Add liquid to dry mixture. Beat well. Stir in enough flour to make a stiff batter.
Grease 2 loaf pans and sprinkle bottom and sides with cornmeal. pour batter into pans. Sprinkle top with cornmeal. Cover. Let rise in warm place for 45 minutes. Bake 400 degrees for 25 minues. Remove from pans immediately. Wonderful toasted!

Dijon Wings
20 chicken wings (tipps removed, with remaining piece cut in half), 2/3 c. butter, 1/4 c. dijon mustard, 1 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Melt butter & stir in mustard until well blended. place bread crumbs in flat dish. Roll each piece of chicken in butter mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. Arrange on a rack in a roasting pan or on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn and bake 15 minutes longer or until crispy.

Potato Chip Cookies
1 c. shortening (oleo), 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. crushed potato chips, 2 c. flour, 1 t. soda, 1 t. vanilla, 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Cream sugars & shortening; add eggs. Beat until creamy. Add dry ingredients. Stir in nuts & chips. bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
