Destiny

     I was just walking around,
     When I happened to catch a glimpse of you.
     A reflection of someone I wish I knew.
     I was looking forward to making new memories,
     And all these thoughts came,
     Because of you.
     My heart skipped a beat,
     I thought this odd,
     It had kept perfect rhythm for quite some time,
     Until now.
     When I saw you,
     Everything went crazy.
     The mist of loneliness I've been feeling,
     For almost an eternity,
     Finally disappeared,
     Clearing the way for me,
     To finally view,
     My destiny.
