Bang: An Example of a Chain Reaction

     At the pull of a trigger
     The hammer hits the primer
     Igniting the powder
     And dispersing the bullet from the shell.
     A new round is loaded
     Before the casing even hits the floor.

     In this split-second,
     Cold steel turns hot
     And a mother's intuition tells her
     She'll never see her son again.
