Heartbreak Kid, heaven can wait...
Our first day back at the studio went very well. The new songs are sounding a thousand times more amazing than anything we've ever done. My new favorite is our song "Nicky Holiday". We have been focusing more on vocals this time around and Tim is now on lead vocals and he is an awesome singer. We'll post pics/videos/sound clips sooner or later...this is a masterpiece we are making here.

Las Fantasias
Heylo, e'rebody. Haven't blogged in a lil while. Let's see...what to say? For anyone in the Radford/New River Valley area, keep your ears open for No Diving's first radio single "Rooney's Descent" on 89.9 and feel free to call in and request "Rooney's Descent".We're taking our time writing some new good songs for the next studio album which we plan to start this summer along with an east coast tour and possibly a midwest tour. Speaking of midwest, check out the band Ad Astra Per Aspera. Good stuff from Lawrence, KS. On the side from No Diving, I have been working on the follow up to State of Mind Fantasia's "Hablemos", which was released last January. This one will be entitled "Alowishious and the Fantasia Effect". I think people will get a kick out of some of the songs. You can check out the new song, Emo Sex, which is probably my greatest work of music to date. If A-ha made porno music, it would sound like this. That's all I have to say right now. Thanks to everyone who has bought our songs on iTunes and elsewhere, we appreciate it!!! Love, Brandon

I love you little, I love you lots...
Mood:
lyrical
Topic: No Diving
Back home now, it's good to see everyone. We're trying to get started on new material. I've written around 15 new lyrics and some tunes here and there. Each song keeps sounding more different than the last. I guess that's pretty cool because we all like so many types of music. No Diving would probably be famous if it were the 50s. Everything was so easy because it hadn't been done. That's also when all the good music existed. Honestly, even the music I love nowadays, it sucks compared to the roots. The new Alowishious record is really really fantastic. I think they will be the ones to bring it back. They work hard. I often contemplate leaving college to pursue No Diving full time. That's all I've ever wanted to do. Not playing live sucks. Anger builds up everytime I'm preparing for new stuff. Which is a good thing. I can't explain it. Anger towards people, myself, situations. Just thought I drop a deuce...I mean...drop by...and say hello. Te amo, Brandon

You know we got a good thing goin' on...
Topic: No Diving
Things are going pretty well for No Diving, despite us all being in college. Apple iTunes is taking care of us very well and one individual is interested in using No Diving's music in a film. Exciting! Also, CDBaby.com is amazing. Thanks to those guys a lot. We're in the pre production stages of the next No Diving project. We like to keep writing and we hope to start recording again as early as the Spring of 2006. Take her easy, Bizzle

I'm all for Frontar Laguitamy... but the second part... No. Also... Don't go to college, kids. It's really pointless. Don't do it. Don't. -Andrew
