Standard cards are hardwood with fitted handles and available
for wool with 72 points per square inch. The 'student' and mini
are made of plywood, all one piece with curved back. Cotton
cards are curved with 108 points per square inch set in a more
flexible cloth, best suited for fine exotics like kid, angora,
cashmere and alpaca.
