Annandale High School Cross Country and Track Teams Congratulations to the girls cross country team on winning both the Girls Varsity and JV team titles at the Virginia Tech Invitational on October 9th. Hannah Tubb led the Lady Atoms with her runner up finish in a time of 19:47 for the 3.02 mile course. Also performing well were Katie Tubb (9th place overall - 20:25), and Alex Wahl (12th place overall - 21:17).
Congratulations also to the boys on winning the Varsity team title and placing 2nd in the JV team standings. They were led by Ismail Ahmed (4th place overall - 16:54), John Galvin (6th place- 17:01), Bryan Plunkett (9th place - 17:08), and Brandon Flowers (10th place - 17:14).
Good luck at The Georgetown Prep Classic this weekend !!!!
