Quietus [Assamite.]
[1] * Silence of Death: This is one of the most prized disciplines of the Assamite. The ability to kill silently, and to extenguish any noise within fifthy feet of them is an awesome ability indeed. Everyone within the void would hear nothing but their thoughts, a quiet ringing in their ears to note the desolving sound around them.
[2] * * Weakness: With but a touch of a hand, and some blood which is brought to the surface of the palm, you can weaken your foe for great lengths of time.
[3] * * * Disease: With but a touch of a hand, and some blood which is brought to the surface of the palm, you can virtually cripple your foe for quite some time.
[4] * * * * Blood Agony: With this power, you can use your blood to cause aggravated wounds. The blood is used to coat a weapon like a sword, a knife or even fingernails. The weapon does damage as normal, but each wound is an aggravated one.
[5] * * * * * Taste of Death: You can effectively spit blood at your foes, doing aggravated wounds to those hit. The attack is almost silent but the wounds it leaves cause horrible, permanent scars on mortals and Kindred alike. This attack has a range of thirty feet.
[6] * * * * * * Sense of Blood: The Sense of Blood is a more powerful version of the first level Thaumaturgy power Taste of Blood. It allows the character to empathically "feel" a Kindred's current generation, her initial generation (before any diablerie or use of Blood of Potency), whether the target has committed diablerie, as well as all information covered by the power Taste of Blood.
[7] * * * * * * * Black Blood: The character can now make his blood so venomous as to be certainly fatal to any living thing, including Magi and Garou. It cannot effect Kindred, Wraiths or Faeries. If the character can get some of his blood into the target in one of the usual ways, then death is guaranteed.
[8] * * * * * * * * Blood Mist: Blood Mist represents an even more powerful ability of Quietus users to physically project their blood. Over time, the character can cause his blood to seep out from his skin in a fine mist. Unlike other powers of blood projection, the Blood Mist can actually be controlled by the character after it has left his body. The mist can hang in one place, or be moved around at the character's whim. The Blood Mist is not intrinsically dangerous, but can be used in tandem with other Quietus powers.
[9] * * * * * * * * * Storm of Blood: By expending nine of her blood points, and Assamite may affect and conjure clouds above her as red as any crimson blood. These clouds would burst into an onslaught of acidic rain which will fall down upon unsuspecting victums. When impaling, the acidic blood will burn through flesh, wood, metal, and even stone. A gradual eating away will accure when the thick blood coats a victum and begins eating away at virtually whatever it touches. Rumors have even been circulated that if kindred are caught out within the Storm of Blood, their vampiric bodies will explode in a brilience of entense heat and flames after being covered in it's horror. This rumor is true, and in fact kindred will after ten minutes within the storm unless having seaked shelter. The earth is one to resist such a powerfull force of cainite discipline. All blood left over from the storm is destroyed in sunlight.
[10] * * * * * * * * * * Blood of the Weeping World: At this, the theoretical limit of Quietus' destructive capabilities, the character can use has blood to destroy all things: living, unliving, animate or inanimate. Acting like a super-acidic agent, the character's blood breaks all objects down to a common residue. It might be speculated that just as lower level Quietus powers attack living and spiritual things, Blood of the Weeping World attacks the "life" of reality, what the Garou call the Weaver. Certainly the ability of this power to corrode does not seem to be a factor of the chemical or atomic composition of the object corroded: it has no more trouble corroding diamond than it does wood or even paper. The Blood of the Weeping World can even "corrode" liquid or gas.
