Celerity [Assamite, Brujah, Toreador.]

Celerity is the preternatural speed and grace implimented by a Vampire. There have been told stories of Vampires able to run up walls just as easily as if it were level with the gorund, Vampires who have even been known to run across water just as easily as on land. Celerity also adds an almost liquid motion to a Vampires movements, as though her body had an unnatural grace to it's actions. Toreadors often use this discipline to inhance their performances in dance and balet.

The rating used by Celerity is added to the Vampire's Dexterity pool. In addition, the rating determines the number of extra moves a Vampire may use in one turn. An example is that if a Vampire has a rating of Celerity 3, then he may do three actions in one post without being penalized. A blood point is needed to activate this, and should be spent one post before the actions taken.
