Peregrine Class Medium Fighter

The LaFayette carries one wing of six dual cockpit Peregrine class fighters.

The Peregrine is a medium fighter/interceptor designed to assist in fleet actions by forcing the enemy to split their fire between as many targets as posible. The craft are designed primarily to operate at impulse or low warp speeds near to their home base, or from a suitable carrier vessel such as an Akira class. While they are capable of warp speeds, the Peregrine is not a true interstellar vessel. At its top cruise speed the ship takes over 58 hours to cross one light year and since it carries no facilities for crew rest or refreshment, pilot fatigue makes trips of even this duration difficult. In design Peregrines are relatively conventional - there is a large pair of impulse engines at the rear, flanked by the warp nacelles. The cockpit is in the forward section, with a micro torpedo launcher and a single phaser cannon in the nose. There are two cockpits available; the one person cockpit uses the rear space for extra equipment, while the two person model allows the workload to be split, so enhancing crew performance. Both types exist in several different models which are optimised for various roles and operating conditions.

Eagle Class Attack Fighter

With the Dominion war heating up, and the loss of many, too many Federation ships, Starfleet decided to approach the problem in a new.....well, old way. Fighters. Numerous, small, well armed, maneuverable craft, massed together to attack a target from several different directions. The Eagle Class Attack Fighter is ment to do just that! The LaFayette carries one wing of six Eagle fighters.

Razor Class Attack Fighter

The Razor class fightercraft has become the mainstay fightercraft in Bravo Fleet, and DarkStar Ops has since adopted the Razor as its multi-purpose fighter, as well. The LaFayette carries one wing of six Razor fighters.

USS Auvergne

This Danube class runabout is default configured as ship's escort, capable of patrol and combat assignment. Can be configured for marine ground support , intel, and covert operations within 12 hours.

USS Paris This Mission Scoutship, a recent addition to the fleet, is default configured for intelligence gathering and covert operations. She can be reconfigured as a ship's escort, capable of patrol and combat assignments within 24 hours.

USS Riveria This Raider class transport is utilized by the LaFayette's marine forces when heavily armed warp capable incursions are required.

USS AnaKat Commodore McAllister has taken the liberty of christening the Captain's Yacht after his two daughters, Analayne and Kathryn. The AnaKat can be reconfigured for combat air patrol or ground assault support within 12 hours.
