About the WebRing
This Webring is brand new...matter of fact it just was created 5/12/2000, so yes this site isn't all that great or good looking right now. The fact is though it IS UP and running.
This webring is designed for fantasy and roleplay settings. However there is a catch....this ring is dedicated to made up races and unusual halfbreeds. Tired of people picking on your race because they never heard of it...well then this ring is for you to join to show off your creative talent.
RULES
1. NO Races gotten from books are allowed. This is strictly a race YOU YOURSELF designed. (unless you get published that is hehe)
2. If you a halfbreed...you MUST have one parent that is of an unheard of Race. An example would be my characters children. One is half human and half Ostellian and the other is half angel and half Ostellian.
3. You must have a website a WEBRING is for websites.
4. You must have detailed information about your Race not just your character alone. The site does not need to be complete (as mine is not) BUT it must have enough appealing information for people to understand it.
The information must include:
Race name and history
The culture
Lifespan/language (if any)
Powers/techniques
what the majority of the race looks like
5.Your website must have copyright claims that you are the creator of the work and have given credit to artists for their images. If your site contains profanity or offensive material (like nudity) then you must put disclaimers up.
6. NO PORN SITES ALLOWED!
7. I, as the Ring Mistress have the right not to include your site or disqualify your site if it does not meet the requirements stated.

Where ever it says "YOUR" that means you are to fill in the information given to you about your site, like your SITE ID and such.
Also take OUT the periods at the beginning seen as <.a href="....">
