I love this part of the hike. The walls go straight up, the floor falls into a crack filled by water, the entire thing is completely cemetrical and right in the middle a hollow tunnel is carved forming a "subway-tunnel" for a quarter of a mile.
A very excellent resting spot.
Back on the trail, trecking through more really deep cold water.
My favorite part of the hike personally. So beautifully greenish-clear water.
