Sugar Gliders




Here are the first pictures I have of my new babies. They are sort of hard to really see. Their eyes are still closed and still wanting to be with mom. So you mostly see mom! When they emerged from the moms pouch they were about 60 - 70 days old. I will get more pictures as they get older.

On Saturday May 14th the babies opened their eyes. I just saw them again today May 19th. Here are the pictures I took today! They are soo cute. From looking at them I am thinking they may be girls. Based on what the pictures in the book look like anyway. Since the male picture in the book looks way different. So I think I have 2 baby girls. Now I just need to think of names. They seemed very comfortable with me. They did spray a little, so I had a slight skunk smell going! But they will get used to me. They are sleeping in the pouch that I got for them so they will be used to it when I bring them home! Anyway, here are thier pictures!

Today June 6th, I went and saw my babies again! Oh my gosh, they are getting so big. They are sooooo cute. I held them for quite a while. They just slept in my hand. They were a little nervous when I set them on the pouch to get some pictures. But they seemed very comfortable with me. I hope they are getting used to me. I had not seen them for a couple weeks. So they have really changed since then! Here are the newest pictures! Now what to name these two sweet girls!
