THE SORCERER
-
- All Powerful and knowing, he breathes his magic into me.
- Budding with potential, for the art of wizardry
- He tell me tales of ancient times
- of Unicorns and Faeries
- of these I believe
- His face revlects his age, his eyes sparkle with youth
- His creased face stares at me, listening to me breathe
- With elfin horns and ancient love
- The sorcerer, he comes to me

To Win a Unicorn's Heart
Away he ran. Away with his robot laer sheen. Away from the persuing androids. He saw a glimmer in the hallway. He ran to it then leaped. He found himself in a beautiful land. A land of magic and Unicorns. Far from the mechanical science world of his world proton. Now he was in paradise, simply called Phaze. He saw a heard of unicorns. The former jockey caught one and vaulted onto her back. She fought him, but he remained. Then she bolted. Away they flew. Faster than the human eye can follow. Plunging into the icy currents of the dreaded Red River and through the deamon ridden lattice. A demon stood in front of them, she speared him with her horn. She shook him off without an effort. Leaving the lattice at a blinding pace. Going through gaits no mortal horse could hope to accomplish. A two beat, a one beat, a five beat. Up, up, up they sped, to the snow demons lair. The unicorn's heated hooves melting the snow. Down, down, down they ran - toward the fateful cliff. She tensed, ready to leap. He didn't want her to lose her life, because he needed a steed. He rolled off her back and hit the rocky ground. She stopped in sudden suprise and turned with a quizzical look in her eye. She came to him, nudging his chest with her nose. By giving her, her freedom. She gave him her love.
