Capitol Reef

This has to be one of our favourite Parks. It is usually quiet, especially when you embark on any of the longer hikes.

Cohab Canyon 

This is an excellent hike. It is usually quiet and there are some lovely views over the Fremont valley.

Chimney Rock and Views of the Waterpocket Fold

This is a more strenuous hike, at least at first , because it is all uphill. This hike can be combined with a partial hike of Spring canyon. You have the opportunity of having the overview of the Waterpocket fold and then of descending into one of the washes that dissect the fold.
