*****NOTES***** *Goodbye ---- Sayonara is used only for long term goodbyes, used when you are not planning on seeing that person for a VERY long time......... *Formal/Informal ---- In Japan, when speaking to an elder, or someone at a higher level then you, and occasionally when u just meet someone you would use "Formal" speech when talking, while you would use "Informal" speech when talking among friends, a younger person, or someone at a lower level...... |
