This is the diagram drawn up for stage 3 4 5 which will be done as one unit but using a different system and approach to the building procedures, however this will be more effective in many aspects, the outcome of this plan of construction will allow us to have all 120 students from 7b 7c 7d back in their classrooms 6 days a week because Unit (a) will ensure the classrooms are dry and protected from the water. Also the advantage will be that there will be minimal disruption to classes using this new approach , so everyone , students , teachers ,construction workers will all benefit from this, because most of the work is outside of the classroom , probably 80 per cent. The idea behind this is that as money becomes available we can complete each unit as specified below enabling three classrooms to be used whilst building is going on, which will mean 120 students can continue on 6 days a week opposed to having to wait 2-3 month intervals for each one to be financed, which would mean three month wait for class 7b six month wait for class 7c and a nine month wait for class 7d Unit (A)To do this we will first build a brick wall, and plaster it from class 7a all the way to class 7d which is halfway, this will ensure the classrooms are blocked off from the flood water and therefore dry and safe to be used for teaching once again. Unit (B)We will then remove the doors one by one 7b 7c 7d repair them ,build a brick wall in the doorframe and the brick steps, then replace the doors again at the new height.
