2.To put in place as soon as possible a fund a student sponsor scheme.
3.To evaluate what students needed to improve their education.
4.To evaluate what the staff needed to improve their teaching abilities.
5.To evaluate what the school needed to facilitate and meet the needs of its students and staff.
We Believe that education is the only pathway that will ensure every student the opportunity to obtain a better life in the new Cambodia.
We Believe that working towards educational sustainability in Cambodia must be a priority on all levels of education.
We Believe that transparency and participatory decision making is vital with all parties concerned in the process, for educational sustainability to be maintained.
We Believe that through our sponsor a school pupil scheme that this will enable these students to ensure that Cambodia has a better future for generations to come, with the knowledge they have obtained from this scheme.

In reality once I had had the oppotunity to asses the situation in Cambodia, it becamse apparant that much as we wanted to start a sponser scheme this was in fact not viable in the short term , not the middle term.
The reality of this was in fact much more major than even I had realized, due to the fact at the time of writing these protocols i was under the impression the situation there was more of an educationl problem than a construction one, this however soon became apparant once i got there.
So now before we can even consider anything educational we have two huge reconstruction programs to fund in two differant schools in Battambang Cambodia, however in the long ternm this will ensure that quality of teaching is not interupted by flooding.
