Here's some ideas to get you started.

--go repelling (fun, did it 2 years!)
--ghost stories (really scary ones that are kind of hokey so that every still sleeps)
--make pillow cases (have everyone sign them after you decorate them)
--make signature books
--play kick the can
--missionary tag (partner tag)
--scavenger hunts
--make bracelets
--when 4th years go hiking, warm rocks in the fire to keep your toes warm
--make spool angels (old wooden spools)
--secret sisters is DEFINITELY a must
--secret sister sock mail boxes (everyone brings a sock with their name on it and clothespins them to a string)
--water/shaving cream fight (and get the leaders wet/creamy who don't want to by giving them BIG hugs)
--swimming
