The Bible DOES say that the serpent will go on its belly. The prophecy/curse has been completed in PART with the lizards, gators, and snakes but many of the prophecies of the Bible will not be COMPLETE until the Millennium comes.
There is a lot of evidence that the bipedal dinosaurs mutated into the current reptiloids and reptilian greys, so their claim that earth was originally theirs is partially true ( see: https://www.angelfire.com/ut/branton/reptilians.html ).
Genesis chapter 3 says that there will be WAR (enmity) between the serpent race and the human race until the end of time and it also talks about "tares among the wheat" or beings that APPEAR human on the outside (tares) that are living among the TRUE humans (wheat).
And yes, just like the original serpent in Eden was possessed by Satan, many of its SEED or descendants are incarnated by fallen angels, which is why poltergeist activity often accompanies reptiloid encounters.
I believe that humans were originally CREATED on and originally came from earth, and that the Havmusuvs under Death Valley were one of the human societies to colonize the stars, including Vega Lyra where the Swaruu Pleiadeans say they originally came from.

The "Lyran Wars" with the Dracos/Orions (who I believe originated on earth and developed space travel using satanic occult-tech) -- wherein 3 Lyran worlds were destroyed -- resulted in a mass exodus of the Lyrans humans INTO other parts of the galaxy, and now over 400,000 star systems have been colonized from the "great expansion" from Lyra, according to the Swaruu. Who knows how many stars the Reptiloids have colonized?
