Bad Joke Man’s parents are unknown, as he was abondoned on the beach as a child. He was then raised by sea monkeys and in a couple of years, he ran out of air and swam to the surface. He was taken in by a local family, but soon was abducted by aliens, who taught him bad jokes and puns and whatnot. The young Bad Joke Man escaped the aliens and then went searching house to house until he found a family that would take him in. Several years later, Herbie was born, and was abducted by aliens.
