Lake Fegen
Fegen is one of the most beautiful places on earth. In this small
hamlet me and my family lived for twelve years (last fall we moved
to a farm outside Ullared).
Every one don´t have the privileged to experience the seasons in such
a beautiful place!!
I´m sure it is many goldnuggets around the lake, you can canoeing, go
fishing, enjoy nature and animal life, but I have picked a place that
I love...
Linjevik
Why do I put a beach in my goldnuggets? Well, I don´t know.
But to swim in the clear, fresh water give me such energy
To go there around 9 pm in a warm summer night, slowly go out on the
bridge and look down into the dark water. Then slowly glide into the
lake. Everything is quiet, the only sound you hear is the waves against
the sand and some birds in the woods. Swim out to the tower, jump into
the dark and feel how you get more and more relaxed. It is wonderful.
Afterwards when you are dry, make a fire, have something to eat and drink
a bottle of wine and you will have a night to remember when the snow
falls next winter!!
To get to Linjevik, drive road 153 from Ullared to Fegen. Take left - Kalv,
and drive a couple of kilometers. You will see the sign on the right.
Park the car and walk down to the lake!!!
The Comic Museum
Take road 154 towards Falkenberg and drive about 10 kilometers. You
will pass a small village - Köinge. After a little while you can see
the sign Serie Museum.
If you like the comic world, you must visit this place!!
When you get a sightseeing around the museum, your small kids have
a great time outside in the fairytale land.
If you like comics take some time here, you woun´t regret it!!!

Vackra Ting/Beautiful Things
Take road 154 towards Falkenberg. After three kilometers you have
a white mailbox on your right. Take the small road to the right.
Drive carefully the road is very bad. But don´t let that stop you
the small shop is worth a visit.
Park outside and if no one come to welcome you, knock on the door.
Up stairs in one of the houses on the farm Bodil has her shop.
Everything is nice and tidy. Old dinner sets, crystal glass, old
coal iron, homemade kitchen towels and linen cloths. Spinning wheels,
chairs, silver jewelry and carding combs. Everything is polished so
that you can have a nice visit. Here you can find the most different
things. Bodils specialty is electroplated silver sets of knife, fork
and spoons. She is often on auctions and buys new "old things" to
her shop. So every time you visit, you will find something you
haven´t seen before!
If you like old things don´t hesitate, make a visit.

Älvsereds Shopping Center
Around here it isn´t just Ge-kås that sell clothes. In Älvsered
you find Älvsereds shopping center. Me myself prefer to shop here,
it is much more calm and not so many people. Here is a lot of clothes
for woman, men, and children. Shoes, material, household utensils and
much, much more. Here is also a restaurant so you can take a nice
break from the shopping. The food is very good and not very expensive!!
