Mina was first introduced as Sailor V the famous tv star. She is kind, rather even tempered, and enjoys having fun. Sailor V was the first Sailor Scout, because she had Artemis to tell her everything before serena even got Luna. She has all sorts of merchandise displayed throughout the series, including video games, movies, and just about anything else you can sell. Mina is a lot like Serena. They're both blondes, ditzy, and total klutzoids, but Mina isn't as bad as Serena.
Not alot is known about Mina's personal life such as who her parents are or if she lives alone. We also do not know where she came from before she arrived in Tokyo to save the Sailor Scouts and Tuxedo Mask butts.
