Power: Belle has the ability to take the energy and/or power from someone by physical contact of hand. She discovered this power within herself at eleven, when she hit puberty and became involved with her first boyfriend. The sudden appearance of this power during a heated moment turned badly for the boy when he became bedridden for a year, and had her sent to a juvinile detention facility for a few months. Through extensive self-training, Belle learned to almost completely master her power. She wears gloves to prevent any accidents that could happen when gets too stressed or excited. Recently, however, Belle has made leaps and bounds in controlling said power. She is now able to touch those she loves barehanded and not bring them harm. Still, for precaution, Belle continues to wear some sort of glove protection.
Personality: Belle's a simple Southern-bred gal who loves to just have fun. She knows she's an attractive woman, and knows the effects she has on men when her curves and Southern accent combine. Most times, she uses this to her advantage, whether it's in the ring or elsewhere. Back home, her reputation is that of a heartbreaker. Belle has been known to pick up guys only to break them with her teasing ways. She's far from the innocent daughter her Daddy had hoped to have, and he feared that she would end up dead due to her behavior. Belle doesn't share his fear. She's just a gal who wants to have fun any way she can. However, experience, growing up, and responsibility has had its effect on the Southern woman. She's learned that life isn't all fun and games, not even close. She's determined to balance both the fun elements and the responsibilities she has as a mother and a wrestler.
History: Belle grew up in Meridian, Mississippi with three older brothers and her Daddy, who owned land in which he grew cash crops and raised horses and cattle; he recently died, and left her oldest brother the plantation. Her mother died in childbirth. Being raised around men, she learned to fight, and fell 'in love' with professional wrestling. She began to seriously think of becoming a wrestler in her mid-teens, and began to train for it with her brothers and her Daddy's workers. None of the local wrestling schools would take her in, as they didn't think a girl like her knew what she was getting into. Finally getting fed up with being rejected, she decided to seek out the big feds.
In CCW, she found acceptance; well, she found a contract, anyway. Almost immediately, Belle began to make herself known both inside the ring and out. Just as quickly, she found herself in the company of CCW's resident Saiyan, Devil. The two engaged in a brief fling, but when Devil's sights settled firmly on Specter Woven of Shadows, Belle thought it time to take her leave... even through she knew Devil had her heart, she felt she needed someone more monogamous in his ways. At that time, her father had died of a heartattack, and she returned to Meridian for his funeral. While there, she found some closure, and felt compelled to finally be just herself.
Upon her return to CCW, Belle was accompanied by someone - her three-year-old son, Landon, who'd been in her father's care for quite some time; his father was Derrik Brooks, Belle's first boyfriend who appeared to claim revenge against her for leaving him bedridden so long. Since then, while she quickly reclaimed her role as mother, Belle also became the United States Champion, and participated in the match that would unify that belt and the Canadian Championship into the North American title once more, which she took home with her that night and many nights to follow until she lost it to Kade.
Meanwhile, outside the arenas, Belle's personal life was picking up. She soon found herself with Devil again after he and Specter went their separate ways. He even accepted her son as his own in their time together, especially after he incinerated Derrik Brooks when he kidnapped Landon. Belle's first lover, Brett Reiland, showed up after Belle convinced him that Devil could help him with a police case. They pretended that they were cousins, but the close contact with Belle unfortunately had Brett wanting to rekindle the flame. As Belle rejected him, Devil learned the truth between his girlfriend and her 'cousin', and that sent him through the roof with anger. It was almost over between the Southern and the Saiyan, but after a public confrontation and a good deal of venting, the two came to the realization their love was too deep to just shove aside with the petty problems of normal life. On Valentine's Day, Belle accepted Devil's marriage proposal, and a December wedding has been set.
Since then, however, Belle's in-ring career has shot straight up. She entered a tournament for the CCW Championship, and captured the coveted title in an extreme cage match against the Ripper, becoming CCW's first-ever woman CCW Champion. Her home life became disrupted by jealousy from Devil, but the pair worked the problem out in order to continue their life together. Belle held the title for several events, trying to jump-start the competitive nature of the World Title contenders with open challenges and specially-stipulation matches. Ultimately, a TLC match against Wreckless Youth and Kveldulf the Reaver ended her reign as the 'queen' of CCW.
Through all the trials and troubles, Belle found her true self, and is determined to keep her life just the way it is.
