-Corporate Scholars Day, Wednesday 3-30
-Post-WEST Sleepover at Orwin's, Friday 4-1 starting at 7:00 pm
-Girl Scouts and NSBE activity, 5 weekends starting in April
-Prefrosh Weekend, weekend of 4-16

Post-WEST Sleepover
-reserved clinic van
-probably need more drivers
-not too many people responded to the email, but more people signed up at the meeting
-11 people attending so far
-can be there at 7 and later
-one car should leave early to go shopping for breakfast and snacks along the way
-we'll probably all meet in Parsons parking lot
-maybe people need to leave late or get back early
-Sara needs to get back by noon
-Tia will get board games from the LAC (definitely Cranium)
-someone needs to pick out movies
-need to find out if Orwin has DVD or VHS player
-see if Kristina will be in charge of tattoos
-Sara has the WEST evaluation forms and food list

Corporate Scholars Program
-first time we've had this here
-Paul Jones asked that SWE be represented at luncheon in Green Room 12-1 pm
-need 5 confirmed, 3 alternates
-confirmed: Sara, Lily, Jowene, Lindsay Wray, Fiela
-alternates: Mackenzie, Natt

Pre-Frosh Weekend
-our function will be in Sontag lounge Sunday night 10 pm to midnight
-Lindsay and Gena will write up the info for the invitation
-there will be karaoke, good snacks etc
-everyone needs to attend
-will be advertising more later
-want non-engineering Mudd girls to come
-ask CIS or Registrar about an email list of all females on campus
-talk to Shawna about setup
-meet at 9 to help decorate

WEST Thank Yous
-passed around and signed thank you cards for Deren, Dean Noda and profs
-haven't gotten gift certificates for profs, but Jamie will get them and take them to Sara
