-Corporate Scholars Day, Wednesday 3-30
-Post-WEST Sleepover at Orwin's, Friday 4-1 starting at 7:00 pm
-Girl Scouts and NSBE activity, 5 weekends starting in April
-Prefrosh Weekend, weekend of 4-16

Girl Scouts and NSBE
-applications to help out due at 7pm today
-can go to back of Platt now to apply and get fingerprinted
-background check if you want to be considered
-not clear what the program entails
-5 weekends starting next month
-no further idea about time commitment

Post-WEST Sleepover
-confirmed at Prof. Orwin's place 4-1
-can show up any time after 7:00 pm
-need to reserve Clinic van for transportation (talk to Esther about it as an engineering function, a clinic team would have priority)
-shopping: have stuff left over from WEST, but need to get snacks and breakfast stuff
-bring board games, movies, etc

Prefrosh Weekend
-thoughts that sleepover themed thing might be too much
-don't want to be boring
-we could mover the sleepover stuff more in the direction of comfortable activities, or a variety of activities at different stations (movie, karaoke, board games, tshirt decorating, play music and just hang out)
-maybe give out small gift bags
-time and date? need to see the rest of the weekend's schedule
-Lindsay Wray in charge of organizing

WEST "Thank You" Gifts
-still need to get $25 gift certificates to Full of Life for the 9 profs, candy bars and thank you notes for panelists, ? for Deren and Dean Noda
-Gena will email Alice about what she, Mack, and Minal Shankar are supposed to get
-Alice will then talk to Shawna about money for the gifts

Underwear
-SWE will be selling girls Harvey Mudd College underwear again this year
-sold it last two years ago, Jamie went around to 3 or 4 Victoria's Secrets for undies and sent off for printing
-no volunteers at meeting to go buy the undies
-Alice will email swe-l to ask for volunteers
-maybe replace front "lucky you" with HMC logo
-definitely wanna order more than last time (only 50 last time), 100 at least
-maybe let SWE members pre-order

Corporations
-Paul Jones talked to a lot of companies
-Applied Biosystems may be interested in starting up a shadowing program
-Corporate Sholars Program Day March 30
-of the 75 people they've selected for the program, 50 are coming
-SWE needs 6 to 7 people to attend the luncheon
-will send out invitations to students who meet qualifications (GPA of 2.9 or above etc) who will have corporate sponsors for programs and scholarships

Other Stuff
-need to return stuff left over from WEST soon but Cassy will be out of town; Monica can use Cassy's card and can coordinate with Shawna
-Prof Yang is back and got her baby gifts
