Keynote Speaker: Dr. Ione Fine
-Dr. Ione Fine will be the keynote speaker for WEST
-works on retinal implants, figures out what the eye actually sees with these implants

WEST T-shirts
-ordered t-shirts using Dynasty because they still have the print
-ordered 42 shirts for helpers and profs
-two profs w/o t-shirt sizes, so got extra
-should arrive 2-16

Post-WEST Sleepover
-Prof Orwin sent us dates that will work for her: March 25 (on long weekend for Cesar Chavez), April 1, 8, and 15
-check your calendars and see what will work
-we'll decide on the date next week
-Alice will ask Alyssa about parties on those dates

Other WEST Stuff
-Mack still needs to go talk to S. Harris
-Dean Noda will be doing the welcome address
-Prof Bassman's WEST workshop will need 5 more helpers (can't help if you're in another workshop): Fiela, Marielle, Tracy, and Lindsay will help (workshop from 10-noon)
-Tell your friends to come have free lunch during WEST and talk to the girls!
-still need shopping for food and supplies, sign-making—but we'll worry about that closer to time
-Lindsay Wray and probably Marielle will be responsible for the signs
-Food: need someone to call Togos and make an order (don't need to pick it up), maybe 1 or 2 weeks in advance
-Cassy has a Costco card, or we can get one from the LAC or a friend
-Sarah will look into sending invitations to some people we only sent invites to the counselors of

Other Stuff
-Alice will try to find a better picture for the website, Sarah will send one
-Marielle will try to look into a press release for a local newspaper or something
