WEST duties
-Sara emailed spreadsheet for WEST duties to everyone
-Lily handed out remaining prof t-shirts for WEST
-got bios for S. Harris, Esin, Thom, Cardenas, and Williams; other helpers should email bios to Lily
-Orwin and Bassman switched workshop rooms, but all else should be the same as on the spreadsheet
-A program with times, rooms, and titles for workshops will be given out
-Panelists: Nisha, Hadley, Madineh, Zajj, and trying for another

WEST Lunch
-Sara didn't get any emails about people recruiting more majors
-email Sara if you find anyone
-decided that we don't need to seek out guys since we have all majors covered

Money
-Talked to Deren about the book stipend for girls who attend WEST and then enter Mudd
-They're excited about it.

Shopping for WEST
-Friday: Monica, Shawna, Cassy, and Lindsay signed up -Sara will email a list for snacks
-130 total attending so far, and Shawna will look up receipts for what we bought last year (it wasn't enough), use your discretion
-Cassy has a Costco card and must be the one to pay, so Shawna will write Cassy a check
