WEST: Volunteers for Bassman and S. Harris
-We've got a good list of volunteers, but might need more for Bassman and S. Harris
-Zane can help Bassman, so there are now enough for her
-S. Harris says she wants as many ass possible
-Harris will be working with logic gates, so might be good for students in E4
-Nisha can help

WEST: Lunch
-Try to recruit people, esp. in non-engineering majors, to talk to the girls during lunch.
-Lunch will be @ 12:20 to 1:15
-Gwen, Whitney, Rachel Harris

WEST: Student Life Panel
-Last year we had 4 or 5 students for this (any more is prob. too much)
-@ 2:35, will go for about 55 minutes
-Nisha can do it
-Want range of ages and majors

Other WEST Stuff
-reserved tour guides for the day
-Two meetings til WEST
-At the next meeting, we will assign specific tasks for the day of WEST
-At the meeting before WEST, we will be stuffing envelopes
-Jowene will go to Staples for envelope stuff, will know what to get after next meeting

Baby!
-Prof Yang had a baby girl!
-SWE will get her a present
-Kristina, Jamie, and Lily will go shopping for a gift and a card
-$20-$30 range, and maybe something little for the 3-year old brother (He likes trucks.)

The Monetary Dilemna
-Instead of getting $500 from Google, Qualcom, and Boeing collectively, we got $500 from each of them!
-This brings us to the realization that we do, actually, have quite a lot of money.
-We may have enough money to provide a scholarship to an incoming student
-May wanna talk to financial aid about how we should go about it and how they will deal with it
-Several small scholarships? Book stipend? Qualifications? Should we wait to see about money next year?
-Could mention a scholarship to the seniors at WEST and give a list of attendants to admissions.
-We should look into our account money and consolidate it all into one account.
-ASHMC may have a problem with money rolling over after the year's end.

Other
-SWE regional conference this year is on the same day as WEST
-Paul Jones is looking to strengthen support with money, speaker for dinners and seminars, and site tours.
