WEST
-Let Jamie know (by telling her tonight or emailing her) what room your professor wants for her WEST workshop.
-All other prof workshop info can wait until next semester.
-Professor interviews for the WEST pamphlet are due to Sara by Friday. If this isn't possible, giving it to her finals week is okay, but she will be leaving early. Email it to her if nothing else.

Tutoring
-We're set to tutor at Peppertree Elementary next semester.
-If you're interested, let us know, and email Jamie and Gena (swe@hmc.edu) about which afternoons look the best once you have your schedule figured out.

Selling T-shirts and Undies
-Thank you to everyone who sold shirts and undies this week.
-We sold everything but one small (babydoll) Top Ten shirt and some small and large undies.
-If you or friends are interested in buying some leftovers, let us know or email swe@hmc.edu.

Site Visits
-The site visit to SoCal Edison is now the afternoon of Friday, 1-20.
-If you are interested in the SoCal Edison trip, let Jamie know by Monday (12-12) so you can fill out a form for the Corporate Relations office.
-Corporate sponsors were guaranteed site visits from Mudd, so Corp. Relations is trying to figure out the best dates for the three remaining site visits.
-There is some interest in a site visit on the Friday of Spring Break (3-17-05). Jamie got numbers.

Fun Meeting
-It's a no-go on bowling this Thursday because everyone's too busy.
-Are there suggestions for other fun things to do at other times?
-Maybe we will open next semester with something fun. -Maybe we will do a movie.
-Envelope stuffing is a fun activity that we will do shortly after we get back.
