SWE Minutes from 11-7-05 officers' meeting

Dinner with Raytheon
-this Wednesday @ 4:30 to 5:15 pm in Mitchell PDR
-they want two officers to go
-Lindsay will do it

Prefrosh
-Sana: a prefrosh girl who's been at WEST for the past 2 years and wants to go to Mudd
-will be visiting this Thursday
-outing Thurs night?
-there'll be a prof dinner that night
-she could come to dinner if someone cancels
-could pay for her anyway

Job Descriptions
-filled out paperwork on what our jobs are for reference, next year, etc
-"Currently, we do not have documentation of the requirements of each officer position in SWE. We would like you to help us write there, so that all of us have a clear understanding of what our responsibilities are. Fill these papers out, and we will add to them as necessary. Next week, you will receive a copy of these revised responsibilities. You also have the opportunity to make SWE better, by giving Gena and I any feedback or constructive criticism." -Jamie
